I would really have to try hard if I saw this in a philosophy test. My view of myself isn't that elaborate, and most of it isn't even remotely able to be put into words.
I could say I'm a body, mind and soul, which are three characteristics of the same energy.
My body is the result of billions of years of evolution in the context of the greater ecosystem and natural environment. My belief is that evolution didn't give rise to consciousness, but species evolve within the context of consciousness, which is ubiquitous, and evolution learns to interface with it and exploit it.
My mind contains my memories, desires, fears, beliefs, thoughts, values/principles/morals, my psyche / some aspects of my personality, my consciousness, etc. It's not totally emergent from my brain, but it's intimately linked to it, and some aspects of it are stored in it. Some aspects of it are stored in the rest of my body, too.
My soul is my essence, which informs the most important part of my personality and expression. The soul is like the air in a room: It's not really separate from other souls, yet each room has a distinct aura/smell/whatever.
Or, I could say that I'm a microcosm, in that the universe is holistic/holographic, everything is connected, and every person contains the whole universe, more or less. Every person is a unique instantiation/reflection of the cosmos.
Or, I could say that I'm a facet of God. Living beings are God's way of experiencing Himself. He intentionally separated himself into countless parts, so that each part could experience the greater whole. When God came upon this idea, He exploded with delight, and this explosion is consistent with what we call the Big Bang.
Or, I could say that I'm an energy system consisting of seven parts: the etheric body, the emotional body, the mental body, the astral body, the etheric template body, the celestial body, and the causal body, as described in various ancient traditions.
I forge my own unique path through eternity, by way of my free will, creations, thoughts, emotions, choices, actions, relations, etc. I believe I'm the product of many lives, though I don't know the specifics of the process, like whether there's life between lives and if so what it's like, whether we have eternal lives as individuals (I say we definitely have eternal life through the fact that all beings/consciousness is ultimately one), whether we have contiguous experience from one life to the next or we're just born and then absorb patterns left behind by others' lives, how linear time is when it comes to life between lives, multiple lives, or life on higher levels of self, etc. Anyway, you could probably accurately say that I *am* that path I make through eternity, or particularly my current place on that path, though I think in a way we also contain our pasts and futures (or probable futures?).
